A Creative Compound · Northeast Ohio · 22,202 sq ft
A landmark historic building reimagined as the creative headquarters and private residence of the Époque Enterprises International family.
Muse Maison begins with a building. Not a rental unit or a repurposed loft — a 22,202 square foot historic church in the heart of Northeast Ohio, built with the kind of intention and craft that modern construction no longer allows.
Gothic archways. Leaded glass windows. Soaring interior volumes. Dark brick that has witnessed a century of human gathering. This is the physical foundation of Muse Maison — and it is exactly right for what we are building here.
Within these walls, Époque Enterprises International will establish its creative headquarters: studio space for Luxe Et Vue, offices and development programs for La Belle Époque, and a private residential environment for the artists and creatives who are the center of everything we do.
Historic church buildings, when given the right vision, become some of the most extraordinary creative environments in the world. The vaulted ceilings, the flood of light through leaded glass, the sheer scale — it all translates.
The images below are creative concept references — examples of similar historic spaces that have been thoughtfully converted into studios, galleries, and residences. Interior photography of the actual building will be added following our Wednesday walkthrough.
The scale of 22,202 square feet makes possible something no single rented floor or repurposed house can offer — a complete creative compound under one historic roof.
Purpose-built photography studio space for Luxe Et Vue Studios — with the ceiling height, natural light, and square footage that no standard studio can provide. Available to EEI talent and outside clients.
La Belle Époque offices, model development space, portfolio review rooms, and talent training facilities — all within the same building where shoots happen. The entire agency workflow, vertically integrated.
Muse Maison at its core — a private residential environment within the building for the artists, models, and creatives at the center of the EEI ecosystem. Curated living that is part of the creative life, not separate from it.
Muse Maison maintains a small, selective residential community within the building. Residency is by inquiry and invitation — we look for people whose presence elevates the environment for everyone who shares it.
If you are represented by La Belle Époque, you are already within the Époque family. Residency at Muse Maison may be a natural next step for your career and your creative development.
Muse Maison is a private residence, and it is treated as one. Who lives here, what is created here, and what conversations happen here remain within these walls. Privacy is a matter of culture, not just policy.
A shared creative environment only works when everyone in it brings the same level of care — for the space, for each other, and for the work. Residency at Muse Maison is not passive. It requires presence and intention.
We chose a building of extraordinary beauty on purpose. We expect the people who live and work here to match that standard — in the quality of their work, the way they inhabit a space, and the environment they contribute to.
We are not building a transient creative community. Muse Maison is designed to support people over time — through seasons of production, development, and rest. We invest in the people we bring in, and we expect them to invest in return.
Muse Maison residency is offered by invitation following a brief introduction. Tell us a little about yourself and what draws you here — we will follow up personally.
Thank you.
We read every inquiry personally and will be in touch.
